We currently have service centers in three key cities—Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou—to arrange quick equipment installation for you:
- Beijing: Coverage includes major districts like Chaoyang, Haidian and shunyi, Installation can be completed within 1-2 business days after ordering. Complicated installation may take 10 – 14 days.
- Shanghai: Service extends to core areas such as Pudong, Xuhui and Jing’an.
- Guangzhou: We cover districts like Tianhe and Yuexiu. We flexibly adjust installation times based on your address to ensure no delays in your access to clean air.
3. Rental Process: 3 Simple Steps to Start Breathing Clean
- Inquire & Order: Contact us via our customer service hotline, online platform (e.g., WeChat ), and share your rental duration, city of residence, and living area. We’ll recommend a suitable model and confirm the quote for you.
- On-Site Installation: After confirming your order, we’ll schedule an on-site visit. Our professional technicians will bring the equipment, complete installation and debugging, and briefly guide you through basic operations (e.g., power on/off, fan speed adjustment). Or do site visit at first then prepare the installation materials for complicated installation.
- Enjoy Worry-Free Use: During the rental period, we’ll conduct regular follow-ups to check equipment performance and provide scheduled on-site maintenance. When the rental period ends, we’ll confirm the retrieval time in advance, send technicians to disassemble the equipment, and wrap up the rental process smoothly.
